Prestige Group has successfully completed 302 projects across a vast area of 193 million square feet. These include:


  • Residential: 152 completed projects covering a massive 130 million square feet.
  • Commercial: 125 projects completed in the commercial sector, spanning 49 million square feet.
  • Retail: 15 retail projects have been finalized, covering 10 million square feet.
  • Hospitality: 12 projects in the hospitality sector have been completed, covering 4 million square feet.

Ongoing Projects

Currently, Prestige Group is working on 57 active projects, already launched in various cities across India, covering a total of 99 million square feet:


  • Residential: 41 ongoing residential projects across 72 million square feet.
  • Commercial: 12 commercial projects underway, covering 23 million square feet.
  • Retail: 1 large retail project is ongoing, covering 1 million square feet.
  • Hospitality: 3 hospitality projects are currently under construction, spanning 3 million square feet.

Upcoming Projects

Prestige Group is set to launch 62 new projects, totaling 94 million square feet:

  • Residential: 32 new residential projects are on the horizon, covering 69 million square feet.
  • Commercial: 7 commercial projects are planned, covering 8 million square feet
  • Retail: 12 upcoming retail projects, covering a massive 13 million square feet.
  • Hospitality: 11 new hospitality projects, spanning 4 million square feet.

In Q2 FY25, several new housing projects were launched, including Prestige Raintree Park, Prestige Pine Forest, and Prestige Forest Hills Phase 1. In Q1 FY25, new residential projects like Prestige King’s County and Prestige Camden Gardens were introduced. Additionally, Q2 FY25 saw the completion of Prestige Primrose Hills Phase 1 and Prestige Waterford.


Notably, 75% of the sales for Prestige Group come from newly launched projects, indicating strong demand for its fresh developments and a substantial contribution to the business's overall output. This comprehensive scale of operations highlights the company's ability to meet the various needs of residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors while maintaining a leading position in the real estate market.
