Prestige Group's operating margin improved significantly, standing at 42.86% in 2025, up from 26.24% in 2023. This improvement underscores the company's efficient cost management and strategic project execution.


The company's expansion beyond Bangalore into markets like Mumbai and Hyderabad has diversified its portfolio and reduced dependency on a single region. However, Bangalore remains a key market, contributing 51% to the company's sales in Q2 FY25.
