Retail Portfolio Highlights

In H1 FY25, the retail portfolio of Prestige Group saw over 9 million footfalls and recorded a gross turnover (GTO) of over Rs. 11,000 million. The leasing occupancy rate stood at an impressive 99.20%, and exit rentals were Rs. 2,179 million. The projected annuity income for FY29 is Rs. 9,831 million.
